Terms of Use
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern use of the internal software of Mangiapane Brothers LLC ("the Company"), including the administrative system at apps.mangbrothers.com and its connection to QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments ("the Software"). The Software is built for the Company's own use. It is not sold, licensed, or offered to any other business.
2. Who may use it
Only the Company and the staff it authorizes may use the Software, each through their own approved sign-in. Access ends when the Company removes it.
3. Customer agreements
Services the Company performs for customers, and any charges to a customer's payment method, are governed by the customer's signed agreement with the Company, not by these terms. The Software charges a payment method only as that agreement authorizes.
4. Data
Customer information handled by the Software is described in the Company's Privacy Policy. Payment methods are kept on file and charged by QuickBooks Payments, a payment service provided by Intuit Payments Inc. Full card and bank account numbers go directly to QuickBooks Payments and are never received or stored by the Software.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranty about its availability or fitness for any purpose beyond the Company's own operations.
6. Third-party services
The Software relies on services from Intuit, Google, and others. Their use is governed by their own terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
